The information below reflects hours, costs and closure information for the 2025 season.

Summer Hours:
Monday – Sunday
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Special Hours After August 4:
Saturday & Sunday Only
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. once school reopens.
User Fees
| Maples Residents | $350 per household |
| Single Residents | $230 (if only one person resides in the household) |
| Associate Members | $550 per household |
| Single Associate Member | $450 (if only one person resides in the household) |
| Guests | Guest admission is $10 per day; maximum of 2 guests per day, per member. Guests are limited to 4 visits per season. |
POOL CLOSURES
Our HOA Office Manager is currently compiling an email distribution group to notify ASAP when the pool is closing for the day or will be closed for next day(s) maintenance. If you’d like to stay current on pool closures, please email mapleshendersonvillehoa@gmail.com with subject line “Pool Closure Group,” and include your name and residence address in the body of the email.
NOTE: sometimes the pool must be closed suddenly so this is not a failsafe process. However, it should prevent unnecessary trips to the pool 80% of the time. Please be kind to our HOA Manager, as she is trying to help.
Pool Rules and User Release
The pool rules, and the release and waiver form for users of the pool will be supplied at the time membership fees have been paid.
