2025 Annual Dues
The $200.00 annual assessment per unit for the year 2025 was due by March 31, 2025. To make payment via check or money order, please return the upper portion of your notice with your check and mail to the Maples Homeowners Association PO Box 590 Hendersonville TN 37077 or via Venmo @Maples-HOA; please include your address and property account number. Community Yard Sale

June 5th, 2025 – This year we are planning on have a couple of food trucks at the event!

Meetings are held at 6:00 P.M. at the Maples Clubhouse
